Buri Shabu Daiginjo uses fresh Buri directly shipped from Uwajima, Ehime Prefecture. This Uwajima Buri is firm and full of flavor. Buri shabu is thinly sliced and served in a hot broth, which brings out the rich flavor of the fish.
Our "Buri Shabu Course" allows you to enjoy Uwajima Buri to your heart's content. The course includes a variety of dishes, including three kinds of appetizers, three kinds of sashimi, and a choice of zosui or Sanuki udon noodles to finish. Each dish is sure to highlight the deliciousness of the Buri Shabu.
